Impact and responsibilities
• Analyze complex data sets to gain insights on key processes in the company.
• Own core AB tests of product features to drive innovation.
• Work side by side with a wide range of stakeholders - helping to bring data into every discussion and decision.
• Create data visulizations and reports to allow easy access and comprehension of data for the entire team.
• Help define and fine tune KPIs and objective to allow effective learning and growth in the company.

What You'll Do:
Setup and optimize feature life-cycle process from idea to deployment and maintenance
Help create, prioritize, monitor, and execute short (blitz) and long-term (quarterly) plans

Responsibilities:
-Leading quality assurance activities in our Big Data, BI, and analytics platforms.
-Testing complex functionality of our data analytics and BI platform (ETL layer, complex data manipulation, and data retrieval over a huge amount of data, complex data models, complex source to target data manipulation, data visualization tools).
- End-to-end functional and non-functional testing, planning, and execution (including installation, monitoring, performance, stress, stability, etc.)

We are looking for a Director of Data Science who will utilize her/his expertise into leading our data science unit. We have a diverse set of data science models incorporated in our products, from player behavior prediction, to user acquisition optimization and game experience improvement. To do so we utilize state of the art big data technologies, a team of expert data scientists and a variety of machine & deep learning models.
The Data Science unit is part of the Business Performance department, which is responsible for enhancing the company's business success by ensuring excellence in the performance on all business aspects including marketing, games & product design, retention, monetization, etc.
