תאור תפקיד: 

For a leading startup in the field of renewable energy (Located in the near north), we are looking for HR Specialist - Recruitment & Welfare [Maternity Leave replacement, with option for a permanent position] עיקרי התפקיד •Responsibility for the entire recruitment process: attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling, and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork. •Manage and implement [with the HR team] employee welfare programs to promote a positive and supportive work environment. •Participate in the hiring process from beginning to end: •Source candidates; Write and post job descriptions; Evaluate and screen resumes; conduct initial interviews and check references. •Conduct phone, Zoom and/or in-person interviews •Attend job fairs and careers events •Welfare and Event planning: •Develop and execute an annual events plan, including employee-focused activities, celebrations, and team-building events while managing the budget effectively. •Collaborate with departments to assess employee needs and continuously improve work experience. •Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש: 

•Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field •3-4 years of experience in HR/Recruitment roles/ proven work experience as a HR specialist/ talent acquisition •Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn and ATS (Comeet) •Ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with managers and employees and build positive relationships. •Excellent organizational skills and high attention to details •Creative problem solver with excellent teamwork skills. •Solid knowledge of HR policies
