14/07/2022We are seeking a R&D Project Manager for the R&D team in a multidisciplinary environment. In this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks :
• Lead a multidisciplinary technical team of activities that are responsible for the development of systems & subsystems of industrial digital printing systems.
• In charge of all project aspects, within all companies’ departments and international clients and suppliers.
• Responsible for creating clear reports, and high-level and detailed work plans, as well as initiate and lead the project’s meetings
B.Sc. in mechanical / electrical / system engineering (a post-graduate degree is advantageous)
• Minimum 4 years professional experience as an engineer in a multidisciplinary company (experience in systems engineering – advantage)
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience with matrix management and multi-interfaces (engineering, logistics, procurement, subcontractors etc…) organization
• Hands-on approach and attitude
• Ability to lead without authority
• High technical skills and high-level understanding of working with various operating systems and their implications
• Experience with generating, writing, and presenting technical document and presentations – Must
• A background in printing – an advantage
